*Interviewer:* Angeline and Shane, thank you for having us. Your elopement was truly heartwarming. We heard that there's a special story behind the custom-made engagement ring. Could you share it with us?
*Shane:* Of course! The story behind the engagement ring is one that is close to my heart. It all began with my mom's original engagement ring, a cherished heirloom that held so much sentimental value. Years before proposing to Angeline, my mom entrusted me with her ring, and I knew I wanted to carry on its legacy in a unique way.
*Angeline:* Shane wanted to incorporate a personal touch into the engagement ring, and that's when my sister came into the picture. She sent him to Laurel, the talented owner, jewelry designer of Anchor Boutique, a local jewelry store located in the heart of St. Augustine Florida. Known for its craftsmanship and artistry, my sister knew we were in good hands.
*Shane:* Yes, when I met Laurel and shared the story of my mom's ring and my desire to make it part of our love story, she understood the significance immediately. Laurel worked closely with me to create a carbon copy of my mom's original engagement ring, infusing it with elements that reflected our journey as a couple.
*Angeline:* And when Shane proposed in a one random afternoon in Saint Augustine, Florida it was a moment I'll cherish forever. Knowing that the ring was made especially for me, inspired by his mom's ring, and that it held such sentimental value, made it all the more special.
*Interviewer:* What a beautiful and heartfelt gesture! Now, let's talk about your talented sister, who played multiple roles in your wedding. How was the experience working with her as your hairstylist, makeup artist, and wedding planner?

Its simplicity and elegance perfectly matched our vision for an intimate elopement. We're beyond grateful for the talented vendors who made our day magical. Most especially, Dawn from Daybreak Photo Co. who is a locally based wedding vendor in St. Augustine. She captured every moment so beautifully just how I envisioned it.
